Be Happy For Others

The December 2025 Teach Me How Resource, Be Happy For Others, will teach your child how to cheer people on when good things happen to them.

This themed resource includes:

A Lesson (short and interactive) that teaches your child why it is important to cheer others on and how to retrain their brains to celebrate others.  It includes a game to choose happy thoughts to replace negative thoughts.
Role Plays (the best way to teach new skills) to help your child think through common situations when they may be jealous, annoyed or upset by praise, gifts, or attention that someone else receives.
A Visual Cue (a reminder of what was taught)
An Activity (deepens learning, more fun for everyone) a tracker with simple ideas your child can do to cheer others on.  We also included a blank tracker to color if they would like to come up wiht their own unique ways of showing up and celebrating others!
And more! (extension ideas, teaching tips, etc.)
